Jessica Duchen is Senior Director, Real-World Evidence & HEOR Strategy at Magnolia Market Access. She has nearly 10 years in pharmaceutical and healthcare consulting focused on RWE and outcomes research.
Jessica has extensive experience analyzing large public and commercial datasets to support observational studies, outcomes research, and predictive modeling. She specializes in study design and in the analysis of real-world EMR and claims data to inform strategies across a product life cycle. Her experience includes patient stratification, developing predictive models, and the application of epidemiological methods to estimate disease burden, derive disease incidence/prevalence, and measure drug adherence and persistence. She has also conducted academic research analyzing public health laboratory data and health survey data.
Prior to joining Magnolia, Jessica worked at a consultancy and data provider designing RWE and HEOR studies for pharmaceutical clients.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Scranton, a Master of Public Health in epidemiology from the Yale School of Public Health, and is currently pursuing a doctoral degree from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
