Rebecca (Becky) Roman is Vice President of Value & Access Strategies. She has over 20 years of managed care pharmacy experience with expertise in analyzing emerging clinical trends and therapeutics, evaluating and summarizing clinical evidence, and supporting formulary and utilization management practices.

Becky has experience utilizing data and market research to create value stories for therapeutic products and services, reflecting both strong core positioning and flexibility for targeting differing customer segments. She also conducts qualitative payer market research to obtain insights on target product profiles, value proposition messages, potential therapeutic alternatives, and patient access, coverage and reimbursement barriers. Prior to joining Magnolia, Becky worked for over 10 years at a national payer in several roles, including coverage policy development and Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) committee leadership, employer group client clinical support, and pharmacy product strategy and management. She has also worked as a pharmacist in the Veterans Affairs healthcare system, where she provided clinical management of cardiovascular and metabolic conditions for primary care clinics. She has extensive experience developing and managing programs aimed at optimizing pharmacotherapy, improving patient outcomes, and containing medical costs.

Becky received her Doctor of Pharmacy from Ohio Northern University and her Master of Public Health from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. She is board certified in pharmacotherapy (BCPS) and is a licensed pharmacist in the states of Maryland and Pennsylvania.
