Rebecca (Becky) Roman is Senior Director of Market Access and Value Insights. She has over 20 years of managed care pharmacy experience with expertise in analyzing emerging clinical trends and therapeutics, evaluating and summarizing clinical evidence, and supporting formulary and utilization management practices.
Prior to joining Magnolia, Becky worked for over 10 years at a national commercial payer in several roles, including coverage policy development and Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) committee leadership, employer group client clinical support, and pharmacy product strategy and management. She has also worked as a pharmacist in the Veterans Affairs (VA) healthcare system, where she provided clinical management of cardiovascular and metabolic conditions for primary care clinics. She has also developed and managed various programs aimed at containing drug therapy costs and improving patient care.
Becky received her Doctor of Pharmacy from Ohio Northern University and her Master of Public Health from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. She is board certified in pharmacotherapy (BCPS) and is a licensed pharmacist in the states of Maryland and Pennsylvania.
